Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a key partner for North America payroll operations, the full-time Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and provide expert support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across the US, Canada, and select LATAM countries
• Review payroll items for accurate configuration and processing in Workday, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll processes and drive automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficient in Workday payroll processing and configuration, with hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies without direct management authority
