Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the full-time Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM regions, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners across Finance and People Operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple regions
• Own and review payroll items, ensuring accurate configuration and processing in Workday
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and/or accounting, with exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Workday payroll experience, including processing and configuration familiarity
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and drive process efficiencies
