Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes for North America and select LATAM operations, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor across Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for accurate payroll processing across the US, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
• Own and review payroll items in Workday, including base pay, bonuses, and tax deductions, while monitoring ServiceNow tickets for timely resolution
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Workday payroll experience, including processing, configuration, and system changes
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies without direct management authority
