Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject-matter expert, the full-time remote Lead Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll processes across North America and select LATAM regions, drive automation and process improvements, and provide trusted advisory support to Finance and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for the US, Canada, and LATAM, including review of payroll items and compliance with regulations
• Lead payroll audits, manage ServiceNow tickets for issue resolution, and support quarter-end and year-end processes in Workday
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and serve as a key contact for employee payroll inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Workday payroll processing and configuration, including experience with system changes and release testing
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements for US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data reconciliation and reporting across multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative, remote environment
