Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To solve client analytics problems, the contract Advanced Analytics Analyst will work remotely, focusing on data analysis, metric validation, and developing reporting solutions while collaborating with clients to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports and interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports
• Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify key business needs and developing analysis plans

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll analytics is required
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Payroll and Alteryx
