Lead Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Payroll Analyst will solve client analytics problems, develop experimental design approaches, and provide ongoing tracking and monitoring of decision systems while supporting PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports and interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports
• Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify key business needs and developing analysis plans

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll analytics is required
• Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Alteryx is highly preferred
• Strong SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI experience is acceptable if Alteryx is teachable
• Experience with Oracle OACS is preferred
