Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Business Analyst to manage payroll initiatives and support compliance and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate payroll audits and compliance activities, driving process improvements
  • Manage payroll initiatives, partnering with leadership to prioritize work aligned with strategic goals
  • Create and deliver regular status updates and reports on payroll initiatives and operational priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of payroll experience in a high volume, multi-state environment
  • Experience leading payroll audits and process improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll systems and operations (ADP preferred)
