Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Business Analyst to manage payroll initiatives and support compliance and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate payroll audits and compliance activities, driving process improvements
- Manage payroll initiatives, partnering with leadership to prioritize work aligned with strategic goals
- Create and deliver regular status updates and reports on payroll initiatives and operational priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of payroll experience in a high volume, multi-state environment
- Experience leading payroll audits and process improvements
- Strong working knowledge of payroll systems and operations (ADP preferred)
