Job Summary

To lead new client onboarding for Managed Payroll services, the full-time remote Lead HCM Consultant will manage discovery sessions, ensure comprehensive understanding of client payroll environments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and onboarding processes to position clients for long-term success while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a strategic advisor on payroll best practices, compliance, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage multiple client transitions simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, implementations, or managed payroll services
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting payroll transitions or implementations
