Job Summary
To lead new client onboarding for Managed Payroll services, the full-time remote Lead HCM Consultant will manage discovery sessions, ensure comprehensive understanding of client payroll environments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and onboarding processes to position clients for long-term success while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Act as a strategic advisor on payroll best practices, compliance, and operational efficiencies
- Manage multiple client transitions simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, implementations, or managed payroll services
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting payroll transitions or implementations
