Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes and support team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate payroll transaction completion and assist team members with payroll processes
  • Serve as the first level contact for inquiries and resolve escalated field issues
  • Monitor team schedules and ensure deadlines are met while providing training and support
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or 2 years of Bachelor's program in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years payroll or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred
  • Basic analytic ability and understanding of payroll processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
