Lead Payroll Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Payroll Data Analyst will solve client analytics problems, develop experimental design approaches, and analyze data patterns while supporting Pacific Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports and interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports
• Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify key business needs and developing analysis plans

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll analytics is required
• Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Alteryx is highly preferred
• Strong skills in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI are acceptable if Alteryx experience is lacking
• Experience with Oracle OACS is preferred
