Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for enterprise customers
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and identifying opportunities throughout the payroll implementation process
• Mentor junior team members on payroll implementation best practices and customer engagement strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven ability to document deliverables, including requirements specifications and process maps
• Strong understanding of implementation cycles for managed initiatives
• Experience in meeting work schedules under tight deadlines
• Ability to relate to both technical and non-technical project team members
• 7+ years of professional experience in delivery or project management, with at least 3 years as a payroll implementation specialist
