Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for exempt and non-exempt employees using automated systems
• Manage and reconcile payroll data batches, ensuring precision in calculations
• Audit payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with tax regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management, including multi-state payroll processing
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
• Certified Payroll designation (CPP) is strongly preferred
• Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
