Lead Penetration Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Penetration Tester to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute penetration testing campaigns targeting various infrastructure devices
• Create custom exploits and simulate realistic multi-phase attack chains
• Document post-exercise findings and participate in workshops to demonstrate adversarial behavior

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or red team operations
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks
• Proficiency with scripting and automation in multiple languages
• Ability to lead and train Red Teams on attack vectors and APTs
• Comfort using offensive security tools
