Lead Penetration Tester

Job Summary

To support a high-impact engagement, the fully remote Lead Penetration Tester will develop and execute penetration testing campaigns, simulate multi-phase attack chains, and create custom exploits across various IT environments for a project lasting approximately 12-15 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute penetration testing campaigns targeting various infrastructure devices
• Create custom exploits and simulate realistic multi-phase attack chains
• Document findings and provide defensive recommendations post-exercise

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or red team operations
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using multiple languages
• Experience with offensive security tools such as Metasploit and Cobalt Strike
• Ability to document complex attacks for both technical and non-technical audiences
