Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead People Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of dynamic dashboards for workforce planning, attrition, performance, and other key metrics
  • Deliver data literacy training and run discovery sessions to translate business questions into actionable reports
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to identify operational gaps and enhance data quality
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience building interactive dashboards in a data visualization platform
  • At least 1 year in a people analytics function or collaboration with a people team
  • Expert proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases and data warehouses
  • Experience integrating and visualizing data across HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems
  • Hands-on experience using IBM Cognos BI for report development and/or dashboard creation is ideal
