Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead People Reporting & Insights Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and maintenance of people analytics solutions using Workday tools
  • Drive the evolution of the people analytics function by implementing augmented analytics solutions
  • Develop a people analytics roadmap and partner with stakeholders to address critical business questions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5-7+ years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
  • Extensive experience with Workday HCM systems and report development
  • Experience leading complex reporting and analytics projects
  • Preferred certifications in Workday Reporting, HCM, or Prism Analytics
