Lead People Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

To support the People Insights & Analytics team, the full-time Lead People Analytics Analyst will manage complex analytical projects, design dashboards for stakeholder engagement, and provide strategic insights to HR leaders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR product owners to create product-intelligence reporting that informs decision-making
• Design and implement a suite of interconnected dashboards and usage guides to enhance data understanding and adoption
• Apply rigorous research methods to analyses, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role, preferably within a People or HR team
• Strong foundation in applied research methods, including statistical inference and experimental design
• Proven ability to translate analysis into decisions for non-technical audiences
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Statistics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
