Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with a proven ability to drive results in complex environments
• Experience managing a team and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to align people initiatives with business objectives
• Expertise in implementing and optimizing HRIS and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of US, Irish, and international labor laws
