Job Summary

Lead People Business Partner, a full-time salaried position responsible for developing and executing people strategies, managing employee relations, and enhancing employee engagement across various client groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary People partner for specific client groups, building trusted relationships and advising on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Own employee relations matters, including performance management and compliance, while designing scalable frameworks for consistency
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, utilizing data to inform actionable insights and maintain a listening ecosystem
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or related roles with strategic advisory experience
  • Hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management in multi-jurisdiction environments
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience with international teams
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable people programs and frameworks
  • Intellectually curious with a strong capacity to leverage data and AI tools in HR practices
