Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Lead People Business Partner for Post Sales will collaborate with the SVP of Post-Sales and their leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and employee relations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a primary consultant and coach to the SVP of Post-Sales and Director+ leaders across Account Management, Customer Success, and Support
- Lead headcount planning and provide guidance on performance management, change management, and employee relations
- Analyze data related to attrition, engagement, and performance to influence business decisions and improve organizational health
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner, supporting senior leaders in a high-growth environment
- Experience with Post-Sales functions such as Customer Success or Account Management is strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen with fluency in metrics driving post-sales performance, including retention and customer health
- Proven ability to lead organizational design and restructuring efforts with sound judgment
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into actionable recommendations
