Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead People Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner and principal developer for complex analytics models and algorithms
• Translate business questions into statistical or machine learning approaches and manage the end-to-end data pipeline
• Coach and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning, with at least 2 years leading complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in MLOps tooling
• Success in applying predictive modeling to HR or workforce planning domains
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience mentoring data scientists and contributing to a collaborative team culture
