A company is looking for a Lead People Partner, US to support executive leaders and high-impact teams in delivering HR programs and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on talent, organization design, and culture matters
  • Lead program delivery for performance management and engagement cycles
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of relevant HRBP or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
  • Experience in coaching managers and driving people analytics
  • Working proficiency with HRIS and AI/survey analysis platforms
