Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead People Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and people managers across their Go-To-Market organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to GTM leaders, providing guidance on organizational health, performance, development, and engagement
- Lead and support key people programs, including engagement survey action planning, organizational design, and succession planning
- Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions and recommend actions that improve engagement and performance
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (SaaS preferred)
- Strong experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Proven ability to coach leaders and navigate complex people challenges
- Strong knowledge of US and UK employment law
- AI fluency, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improve workflows
