Job Summary

Influential and highly collaborative, the full-time Lead People Tech Specialist will manage the implementation and optimization of recruiting technology platforms, including Workday, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive scalable solutions and enhance the candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver transformative technology solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Lead strategy, implementation, and support for recruiting technology platforms to improve operational scale and data quality
  • Mentor teammates and develop training resources to ensure successful system adoption and change management
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR technology experience with deep expertise in Workday and recruiting systems
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting ATS/recruiting platforms, with a strong understanding of candidate workflows and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrations between recruiting systems and Workday, including data mapping and testing
  • Visionary thinker with the ability to connect people, process, and technology at an enterprise level
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving consensus among senior stakeholders
