Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Performance and Rewards Program Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational execution of performance management processes and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS
  • Support the administration of compensation programs and maintain compensation data for pay equity and market competitiveness
  • Launch and analyze company-wide engagement surveys, translating results into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, performance management, or total rewards
  • Strong understanding of performance management practices and compensation fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance considerations
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience preferred
