Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Performance and Rewards Program Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of performance management processes and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS
- Support the administration of compensation programs and maintain compensation data for pay equity and market competitiveness
- Launch and analyze company-wide engagement surveys, translating results into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, performance management, or total rewards
- Strong understanding of performance management practices and compensation fundamentals
- Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance considerations
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience preferred
