Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own execution, optimization, and performance across key paid marketing channels
- Design and execute creative, audience, and bidding tests to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and drive strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Strong quantitative skills and experience working with campaign data
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts or API integrations preferred
