Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, Performance QA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies
- Monitor application behavior to identify performance bottlenecks and regressions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance alignment with business requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master major in computer science or related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience in performance testing and 2+ years' experience leading performance QA team members
- Proven track record of designing and executing performance test plans for various systems
- Proficiency in performance testing tools and programming languages such as C#/.Net and Java
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud computing environments
