Lead Performance Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Performance Quality Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance test management strategies and establish performance benchmarks
• Create and execute performance testing scripts, and analyze performance data for improvements
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams on performance goals

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in performance test scripting, execution, and strategy
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling
• Experience with AppDynamics
• Strong understanding of system architecture, including networking and databases
• Experience with various types of performance tests, including load, stress, and scalability testing
