Job Summary

Lead PHP Software Engineer, seeking a full-time candidate to provide technical leadership and manage a team focused on designing and delivering integration services between internal applications and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches
• Manage and support a team of engineers, including task alignment and performance feedback
• Lead the design of services enabling communication between internal applications and external systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development
• Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with modern PHP frameworks (preferably Laravel)
• Proven experience designing and building services and APIs
• Experience with system integrations and service-to-service communication patterns
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
