Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Lead PHP Software Engineer will oversee the design, development, and delivery of services-oriented integrations, ensuring reliability and performance while managing both technical and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches
• Manage and support a team of engineers with task alignment, coaching, and performance feedback
• Lead the design of services enabling communication between internal applications and external systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development
• Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Laravel
• Proven experience designing and building services and APIs
• Strong experience with system integrations and service-to-service communication patterns
• Prior experience leading or managing engineers
