Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Physician Assistant for a remote/in-person hybrid position with the United States Coast Guard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medical record reviews and adjudicate medical waivers for Coast Guard applicants
• Analyze discharge rosters to monitor medical waiver cases and assess condition exacerbation
• Provide constructive feedback and lead research projects evaluating medical waiver outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in a medical field from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
• Board certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• A minimum of three years of experience in medical record review or military medical assessments
• Familiarity with USCG and DoD medical policies and Electronic Medical Record systems
