Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Lead Platform Architect / Technical Lead to design and build the technical foundation of a new enterprise software platform, focusing on system architecture, data modeling, API design, and hands-on software development.
Key responsibilities
- Design the architecture for a secure, scalable, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform
- Establish engineering standards and practices, including CI/CD and code review processes
- Recruit, mentor, and build the initial engineering team while translating business requirements into technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Significant experience in roles such as Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Platform Architect
- Proven track record in designing and building production SaaS applications and multi-tenant systems
- Strong backend engineering expertise and understanding of modern frontend architecture
- Experience with compliance-oriented environments such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI
