Lead Platform Developer with IASAE II Certification

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and reliability of the core platform, the remote Lead Platform Developer with IASAE II Certification will lead a team of engineers, design cloud-native components, and enhance platform capabilities while driving technical strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve secure, cloud-native platform components and services
• Mentor engineers, lead code/design reviews, and improve engineering practices
• Implement reliability practices and champion security by design across the platform

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-4+ years in platform or distributed systems roles
• Expert in at least one backend language (e.g., C#/.NET, Java/Kotlin, Go, Node.js, Python)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tools
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and environment management
• Proven experience in designing observability tools and leading cross-functional projects
