A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Population Health Quality, to manage data and reporting requests while providing expertise in healthcare quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data and reporting requests from proposal through completion using project management skills
• Analyze healthcare metrics and create reporting to support performance improvement initiatives
• Provide technical expertise on healthcare quality metrics and analytics to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare Information Technology, or related fields
• Five (5) or more years of job-related experience
• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience
• Advanced information technology skillset
• Project management experience with the ability to work independently
