Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer production, test, and development PostgreSQL databases
• Support development teams from a database design and development perspective
• Ensure optimal performance on PostgreSQL environments through proactive tuning and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of total database engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Active AWS Certification
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database administration and performance tuning
• 5+ years of strong PL/pgSQL or PL/SQL experience
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum large-scale programs
