Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Pre-Services Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in patient registration, admitting, and discharging processes
• Handles general office support duties including supply ordering and issue reporting to supervisors
• Troubleshoots account discrepancies and performs Medicare Secondary Payer report corrections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Five years of relevant experience preferred
