Lead Predictive Data Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the Subrogation Analytics team, the full-time Lead Predictive Data Analyst will evaluate subrogation performance, identify recovery opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making remotely using advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate subrogation performance and identify trends to uncover recovery opportunities
• Lead high-impact analyses, including cost-benefit assessments and strategic initiatives, to inform decision-making
• Guide and mentor junior analysts to enhance the team's analytical capabilities

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and programming skills in Python, R, or similar tools
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
