Lead Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Principal Engineer, People and Legal Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a vision and roadmap for multiple projects across People and Legal Tech
• Partner with engineering teams on company-wide projects and influence technical teams
• Mentor and coach engineers while being a trusted advisor to heads of engineering

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in designing/building cloud-based enterprise solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in designing scalable platforms and components
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
• Hands-on coding experience in languages such as Java, Kotlin, C, or C++
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud technologies
