Lead Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Process Analyst will analyze, design, and optimize business processes while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, standardized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and process assessment to define requirements and identify value opportunities
• Facilitate workshops for stakeholder alignment and drive enterprise process harmonization
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and translate future-state designs into actionable requirements

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Visio
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Change Management preferred
• Experience in a global, multi-brand organization is preferred
