Lead Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing controls
• Draft procurement policies and maintain a centralized supplier database
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, and analyze purchasing data for cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 3-7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience in creating procurement processes and policies
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards
