Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Producer to manage a multidisciplinary team in the development of a new online multiplayer RPG.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary development team to build effective and sustainable processes
• Plan, schedule, and execute the team's work, translating creative vision into actionable plans
• Own and manage the project backlog in JIRA, ensuring tasks are well-defined and tracked

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional production experience in game development, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Experience shipping at least one large-scale multiplayer online game title
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on AAA projects
