Job Summary

Leading a team of producers, the full-time remote Lead Producer will create and execute robust production plans for a new IP, ensuring effective collaboration and communication while managing team dynamics and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of producers to develop and adjust production plans based on project needs
• Collaborate with discipline leads to identify risks and ensure the team can deliver high-quality results
• Mentor producers, define goals, and manage production processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a production leadership role within game development
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing agile practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and maintain focus under pressure
• Proficiency in production tools such as JIRA, Excel, and Confluence
• Commitment to servant leadership principles and empathy for creative teams
