Lead Producer

Job Summary

Leading the development of a new IP, the full-time Lead Producer will manage internal and external teams across multiple locations to ensure project delivery meets quality, time, and budget expectations while supporting the Creative Director's vision in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and coordinate teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Support the Creative Director in maintaining a coherent creative vision throughout the development life cycle
• Mentor producers at all levels, fostering their growth and career development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal game development
• Proven experience building and leading teams across multiple locations
• Experience in developing AAA Games
• Strong leadership and communication skills with emotional intelligence
• Ability to balance production and creative needs while identifying and analyzing risks
