Lead Producer and Host

Job Summary

Leading the creation and management of the Million Dollar Nurse YouTube channel, the full-time remote Lead Producer and Host will oversee content strategy, production, and on-camera hosting while managing a team to provide valuable resources for nurses advancing their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos, appearing on camera 3-4 hours per week
• Develop and implement content strategy, determining topics and angles for videos
• Manage production processes, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained

Required qualifications

• Proven on-camera presence with the ability to engage and mentor an audience
• Strong operational skills to manage multiple contractors and production elements
• Interest in personal finance and willingness to learn about financial tools for nurses
• Experience in content creation, journalism, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
