Key Responsibilities

• Pitch guests and episode topics while managing the production workflow and schedule
• Collaborate with the host and production team to shape the editorial voice and format of the show
• Direct interview recordings and edit episode audio, coordinating with the mix engineer on sound design

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of audio production experience in podcasting or radio, with lead producing experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Pro-Tools and familiarity with Descript or similar software
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with hosts and managing multiple projects
• A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
