Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead - Product Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities and alignment workshops to define business goals and user needs
• Translate discovery outcomes into clear backlog items and requirement artifacts, supporting planning and delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices to enhance team performance and quality of work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or hybrid PO/BA roles
• Strong experience in translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, and interpreting UX artifacts is a plus
