Lead Product Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Counsel to provide legal guidance and support for product development and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and support product development team on legal matters throughout product lifecycle
• Provide legal advice on subjects such as privacy, data security, and fraud related to pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate with other teams and outside counsel to drive consensus on legal issues

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. or equivalent and a license to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of legal experience, including law firm and/or in-house experience
• Experience in product counseling for software, online advertising, privacy, data security, and fraud in pharmaceutical industry
