Lead Product Design Recruiter

Job Summary

Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, the full-time Lead Product Design Recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to scale the Product Design team while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee recruiting efforts for multiple domains, ensuring hiring goals are met through innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, including talent pooling and market mapping
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting operations, including onboarding and training for recruiters

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on Product Design
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• Data-driven mindset for diagnosing issues and prioritizing work
• Experience with recruiting tools and workflows, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
