Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and evolve the digital experience for users in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of user experience frameworks and vision across digital platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of experience as a product designer or related role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Expertise in UX and product design, including proficiency in Figma or similar tools
• Experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods for design decisions
• Proven ability to balance short-term solutions with long-term vision achievement
