Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research to validate hypotheses and align product decisions with user needs
• Define and refine the design strategy and systems for the product line
• Create high-fidelity designs from sketches to polished interfaces and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, particularly in enterprise/B2B SaaS or AI-centric products
• Proven leadership experience in coaching design teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and innovative interaction
• Hands-on experience with user research methodologies
• Technical skills in rapid prototyping with HTML/CSS/JS or similar tools
